Terms of sale and use
Version 1.0 — effective 25 September 2026
This document is the agreement between you and the publisher of MXplorer Pro. By purchasing a subscription or using the Discover edition, you accept the terms below.

2. Seller and billing
Subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as Merchant of Record on the publisher's behalf. Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice, and collects and remits any VAT or sales tax due in your country.
As a result:
- your bank statement will show Paddle.com, not MXplorer or KADERSYS;
- Paddle's buyer terms govern the transaction itself, alongside these terms, which govern the software licence;
- invoices, payment method changes and refunds can be handled either by the publisher or by Paddle directly.
3. Scope of the licence
The publisher grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use MXplorer Pro for the duration of your subscription. The right is granted per seat: each named user needs their own licence.
The software remains the publisher's exclusive property. The licence transfers no intellectual property rights.
What you may do
- Install and use the software on the seat covered by your licence, including offline.
- Process production messages, with no volume limit on the Pro edition.
- Keep backup copies of the application file.
What you may not do
- Resell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the software, whether free of charge or not.
- Share one licence key across several named users.
- Bypass, disable or modify the licence verification mechanism.
- Decompile or disassemble the software beyond what applicable law mandatorily permits.
4. Editions and pricing
Discover — free, with no time limit. Includes the Analyzer (up to ten analyses per month) and the full CBPR+ Reference. The Composer, Converter and exports are not included.
Pro — annual per-seat subscription on a twelve-month term. The applicable price is the one shown on the Pricing page at the time of your order. Prices are shown excluding tax; VAT or local sales tax is added by Paddle at checkout, based on your country of residence.
Site / Gateway — by quotation, on the particular terms agreed in writing.
5. Term, renewal and cancellation
The Pro subscription runs for twelve months and renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel at any time using the subscription management link in your Paddle confirmation email, or by writing to contact@mxplorerpro.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term: your licence stays valid and fully functional until that date, and no further charge is taken.
The publisher will notify you by email of any upcoming renewal and of any price change at least thirty days before the renewal date. A price increase never applies to a period already paid for.
6. Refunds
Refunds are covered by a separate document: Refund Policy. It provides a full refund within fourteen days of purchase.
7. Delivery and licence key
Once payment clears, your licence key and download link are emailed to you, usually within a few minutes. The key is cryptographically signed and encodes the validity year of your subscription.
If nothing arrives within an hour, check your spam folder and then write to contact@mxplorerpro.com.
8. Support and updates
The Pro subscription includes email support with a first response within 48 business hours, along with every update released during your subscription period, including compliance updates tied to the annual SWIFT Standards Release.
The Discover edition does not include individual support.
9. What the tool is, and limits of liability
MXplorer Pro is an analysis and validation aid for XML-format financial messages. It connects to no payment network, and it does not issue, transmit or execute any payment instruction. It is neither a payment service nor a regulated financial service.
The compliance checks the software produces are indicative. They do not replace your internal controls, your correspondent bank's validations, or the official documentation published by SWIFT. Final verification of a message before it is sent remains your responsibility.
The software is provided as is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher's total liability, across all claims combined, will not exceed the amounts you actually paid over the preceding twelve months of subscription. The publisher is not liable for indirect losses, including loss of business, data or customers.
Nothing in these terms excludes the publisher's liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or personal injury, nor deprives a consumer of the mandatory rights granted by the law of their country of residence.
10. Data and privacy
MXplorer Pro runs locally in your browser. The messages you process are neither transmitted to nor stored on any publisher server. Processing of personal data relating to your account and purchase is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Suspension
The publisher may suspend a licence for non-payment, for evident key sharing across several users, or for attempts to bypass the licence mechanism. Except in cases of clear fraud, you will receive prior notice and fifteen days to put things right.
12. Changes to these terms
The publisher may amend these terms. Any material change is notified by email at least thirty days before it takes effect. The terms applying to your subscription remain those in force on the date of your most recent order or renewal.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Union of the Comoros. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution before any legal action; complaints may be sent to contact@mxplorerpro.com.
If you buy as a consumer, this clause does not prevent you from bringing proceedings before the courts of your place of residence where the law of your country so provides.
