Refund Policy

Version 1.0 — effective 25 September 2026

Full refund within fourteen days, no reason required. One email is enough. Refunds are processed within five business days and nothing is withheld.

1. Cancellation window

You have fourteen calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund of your subscription. No reason to give, no form to fill in.

This applies to every buyer, in every country, whether buying for business or personal use. It does not replace any rights your national law may grant you on top — it adds to them.

2. How to request a refund

Two equivalent routes, whichever you prefer:

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take a further two to ten business days to appear on your account.

3. Effect on your licence

A refund ends your Pro licence. The corresponding key stops being valid and Pro-only features switch off.

Your data is unaffected: the encrypted vault stays on your machine, and you can carry on using the Discover edition free of charge, with no time limit.

4. Try before you buy

The Discover edition exists precisely so you can test the tool on your own messages before committing any budget. It gives you the Analyzer and the full CBPR+ Reference, free and with no expiry. We would rather you started there.

5. After fourteen days

Beyond that window the current subscription is non-refundable, since the licence has been issued for the period paid for. Two situations are exceptions:

6. Cancelling without asking for a refund

If you simply want to stop future renewals, that is a cancellation rather than a refund. Use the subscription management link in your Paddle email, or write to us. Your licence then stays fully functional until the end of the period you have already paid for.

7. Site and Gateway licences

Licences agreed by quotation are governed by the particular terms set out in writing at the time of order. Failing any contrary provision, this policy applies.

8. Abuse

The publisher may decline a refund in cases of clear abuse, in particular repeated purchase-and-refund cycles intended to obtain extended use without paying. Any such refusal will be explained in writing.

9. A question before you ask?

If something is not working as expected, write to us before requesting a refund — you will hear back within 48 business hours, and the problem is often sorted faster than the refund itself. That said, if you would rather have your money back, the request will be honoured without argument.
